If you like collector's museum you may like it. I think it does Not worth the price of the tour, there are other house museums that actually gives you the Charleston story.

So much more interesting than I would've thought on the surface. The current owner travels all over and collects all sorts of really amazing things. Highly recommended

House is historic to Charleston... But the items inside are not. Its a museum of the current owners antique possessions from around the world. Impressive... But not relevant to Charleston.
