VERY different from modern (sweet) lambics! Base lambic was interesting - acidic and not sweet at all. Gueuze = quite good. Kriek and Rose de Gambrinus (raspberry) = all right (Kriek > Rose)

Excellent selection of sour ales, I can highly recommend the tour, the beers here mostly come in large 75cl bottles and can be shared with other visitors. Personnel could be a bit more friendly

The gueuze is nice. Lambic is hardcore for unexperienced beer drinkers.. 😊

Great Lambic Beer, with fruit but not sweet. Their best description is “the missing link between beer and wine”
