The grounds are expansive and beautiful. Better to come on a good weather day.

Give yourself plenty of time at the Shelburne. This is a three-hour experience at a minimum. Would happily have spent all day here! The steamship and Impressionist art were highlights for us.

Explore impressionist paintings, folk art, and special exhibits spread among historic buildings & lush grounds. Tour the brick house decorated with English ceramics, historic wallpapers, & fine art.

Bad move at deciding to have the VT Balloon Festival here. Shelburne Museum is great but the festival was too big for the space. Couldn't even get in. No parking. Very disappointing.
