A church converted to a museum. Good selection of Socialist Realism art from the former USSR. And don’t miss the museum shop and enjoy the complimentary black tea poured from a samovar.

Loved their matreshka exhibit. I learned some facts I wasn’t aware of(and Russian is my cultural background). Loved the idea of the scavenger hunt for children/ preteens.

Great museum that you can get round in about an hour. Art gets rotated every three months so repeat visits are good.
