Well, this pizza was pretty good. Didn't know what to expect, but we'll probably do this again. I don't like the flimsy little "tray" they put it on -- it wants to fold -- hand to handle one handed.

Texas health codes won't allow them to prepare a pizza on a customer's pizza stone. They will explain how to best transfer it at home.
