Joann is terrible. My first time here and she constantly cut me off. Wouldn't even let me speak. I asked for a lot of pepper (like a ton) and she shakes it twice and folds my sandwich up >:(

Everybody does well except Bhavna (She's even worse when there's a line). She rushes through and my sandwich came out a mess. It's written all over her face that she doesn't know where her head is.
