Pho is brilliant and customizable: instead of choosing from a list of dishes, pick your broth (regular or spicy) and meat (all the usual suspects: rare beef, meat balls, brisket and more.)

Dry noodles with the pork soup side is phenomenal. Spring rolls are actually reasonably priced too!
