Pretty much everything was amazing, but definitely must try items include the black pepper and Parmesan soufflé with crab and ink and the beet salad.

Wow! An incredible time, with incredible food. Definitely for the "special occasions", but worth every penny. Excellent food, excellent service.

If your party is larger than 5 ask for the chef's table. Soufflé with uni fondue was great, so was the deer. Trust the sommelier to pick wine unless you want to flip through the 100-page wine list.
