This is the worst hotel. The staff was horrible with their customer service skills. Being nice only gets you so far when you're just plain dumb.

don't eat booked buffet in restaurant downstairs by yourself, you get no drink choices and if you go back for seconds your table will be cleared even if you leave your purse at the table!
