Currently (December 2015) there is construction activity associated with the forthcoming Holiday Inn next door that slows valet service.

Christie at the front desk is the nicest, most genuine person we've ever met at any hotel, & we have been to plenty. This place has great rooms & great service. STAY HERE! ESP if u r here for Clinic

Most of the guests come from/to the Cleveland Clinic. Suites are very comfortable, spacious, newly renovated. Customer service is good as well.
