Location, Location, Location!!! Yes.......Otherwise, There is much left to desire, shabby. Shared bath for some rooms! Dining room is tiny, food is adequate. Garden room closes early 4pm, whhaat???

The crab sandwich is wonderful! Pick up some wine, a baguette, cheese and olives at the store up the street and watch the sunset on the balcony.
