Отдыхаю здесь не первый раз но в этом году сплошная разруха номер сырой кофе в номере нет wi еле работает русские каналы отсутствуют по русски говоря полный отстой тянет на 3***

Rooms are nice but breakfast is mediocre and service is bad. The only hotel I know where staff doesn't greet you when passing by and personnel cannot provide a spoon for the breakfast cereal.

Hotel is awful, although very expensive. New Ritan is much better, price the same.

Wifi pass at the coffee shop on 5th floor ten 9s. No Internet in the rooms. Check in at 5th floor. Breakfast buffet rates itself to the 3 star level hotel. Stuff is Russian and English speaking.
