All the way to end of the road. Very quiet. Nice views even from the units that are not right on the beach. Our unit had a partial ocean view and looked out over the Estuary. Great bird watching. Nice

Right on beach, bar/ restaurant/ pizza place... quick walk to Ocean Annies. Beach not too crowded. On a dead end, love it.

If you want an incredible condo at an incredible price, go to Hoover's Place at the Beach on facebook. Beautiful and well taken care of unit. Staying there right now!

Sands Resorts has been around since 1972. The staff is friendly and the property is right on the beach. There is even a Waterpark owned and operated by Sands Resorts just for guests!

Checked out the gym - not bad. 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, a recumbent bike, and some weight machines. Thermostat was too high though - it was almost as hot as if I'd run outside!

The beach was accessible, but the condos were hit or miss. Came here for family vaca and two of our groups had dumpy condos. My wifes uncle had roaches in his rental, and the place was dirty when he
