Ask to get a room in the new building. The old one is really outdated, rooms smell funny and the floor in the bathroom was sticking to our feet

Nobody warned me about the smell. I thought my rental car had a problem as I drove into town. How do you guys live with that?!

Good hotel very scenic except for sulphur smell from Lake is quite strong. Limited parking near hotel so have umbrellas handy in case rain n park away from hotel entrance

If you book a Superior Room and get free Wifi then you may have remind the reception staff. They won't set you automatically. They might even deny all knowledge of the offer. Poor.

For a hotel the standards are terrible. No aircon. The electric fan is very dirty and covered in dust like it hasn't been cleaned for 2 months. TV in room didn't work.
