Don't use the postcode and road name in your sat nav to get here.... It takes you to the middle of nowhere....

Rude staff! DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL!! We booked a room 3 months in advance for Brighton Marathon. They confirmed breakfast included in price at reception but asked us to pay double in the morning!
