Wifi dropped every thirty seconds regardless of device tried. Rooms pretty rough. Towels stained with black & lipstick. Needs considerable reno. Check-in staff needs to work on social skills.

An old man at the reception desk was very rude and it's completely out of Kingston, but it's a comfortable place to stay. Room was clean.
