Bandaids in lockers, hairballs & cracked tiles in steam room, moldy shower curtains & dusty air vents. Charged over $700 for going TWICE! Conditions are horrible: Dirty, unkept & outdated. STAY AWAY.

Notice must be 30 days. Notice given on June 1 would then require you pay all of June and July. No exceptions. One day late costs you 59 days. Good customer service? Doesn't feel good to me!

It has become a daycare facility with not enough management to maintain control over the many children. Membership would double if it was marketed towards adults as opposed to children.
