Try and pick a cool day to go. We wandered around inside but it got too hot for us outside so we didn't stay long.

The Gold Sluice is a fun water activity for kids where they search for gold like a miner. Best to do it first thing so your kids have time to dry out before you leave. Tickets are $7 at front desk.

Great place to take the kids for something different, fun and outside. Go across the street after and get some warm Mormon Muffins, or up the canyon to The Oaks for some hand dipped Farr's ice cream.
