I arrived 44 SEC past the window for my appt and would not be admitted. The next day for the same appt was 5 days out. The front desk should have done what they could to keep the appointment today. D-

uses a peculiar wax that stays on for long periods of time & hardens, is pulled off without using strips. But the benefit is they can reapply it many times without skin irritation. saves so much time!
