Go down and read up. We all left. This is the worst CT service I have seen, and it bodes ill at a time when all employees need to be thinking about how to keep businesses going and keep their jobs.

Employees came out of the "staff only room," chatting away and leaving through the auto service doors. Finally another customer came along with a key that he wanted duplicated. More to come.

I went in to have duplicate keys made, a process that used to take a few minutes. Now it has been moved to the auto desk, which gave zero service. More in my next post.
