Nothing good here. An awful experience from start to finish. Rude, incompetent people everywhere! And you end up in the main terminal anyway. A pointless mystery!

Wow, what a difference a 2 min walk makes! T2 is another dimension. Awful shops, awful dining options, and especially awful human beings. The entirety of the staff are rude and miserable. Sad place.

More shopping amenities pre security. Luggage and wellness center located in lower ramp leading between the terminals.

New expansion since I last visited. Elevators are near the ramps to terminal 1. Not as efficient as those in Terminal 1.

Cheapest store for water in the terminal is located in the Chinese medicine store immediately after you clear the immigrations. 800ml of Watson’s water for HKD13
