Plenty of beverage choices in addition to coffee. Several fast breakfast or lunch options to go. Service is ~ok. Lots of staff turnover. Has a busy drive thru I've never used. Easy walking distance.

Bring a gas mask to protect you from the smug if you're only buying coffee because you need some WiFi for business reasons.
