Never confront dog owners who let's there dogs run free and not on a leash. In their minds their dogs happiness is more important than you who just came to the park to enjoy the sunset over Northcliff

Great spot for kids- park normally watched over by Mostert- he keeps the park clean and safe from "dodgy characters"
