Bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart. Try some of the German stuff they have! I've found all of their products to be of the same quality as name brand.

Bring a quarter for a cart. Saltines are great. Grocery staples are cheaper for comparable quality to Kroger, marsh, etc.

Leave bags in your car for the spontaneous stops at Aldi. This is by far the best place for grocery staples! Pass on the produce. Inconsistent freshness and sometimes mold on various fruits/veggies.

Great prices and many of their off-brand or store-brand products are excellent. They also have a double-cash back guarantee, so don't be afraid to try. This store is clean and well-maintained.
